2.2 Location Data Kanazawa Go uses Precise Location services to:

Show your real-time position on our custom maps
Provide nearby points of interest
Enable navigation and location-triggered audio guide features

Location data is processed locally on your device while the app is in use. We do not track your location in the background.

2.3 Device Information and Telemetry We may collect basic technical data (Device type, OS version, App version). We also receive anonymised, aggregated telemetry and crash reports provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to monitor app stability.

2.4 Audio Content The app plays original audio voiceovers and guide content. We do not access your device microphone and we do not record user audio.

2.5 No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising We do not use third-party marketing analytics tools (e.g., no Meta Pixel or Google Analytics).

Kanazawa Go utilises map tiles and location accuracy services provided by Apple Maps (on iOS) and Google Maps (on Android). These providers may process limited technical data as required to deliver these services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
